I have always enjoyed meditating on heaven and the words of Jesus that he has gone to prepare a place for us. Another verse that I love is 1 Cor. 2:9 "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what the Father has prepared for those who love him." We can all imagine some pretty amazing things and yet God is saying we haven’t even begun to dream about what he’s been preparing. WOW! However, when all Christians do is dream of heaven we forget our duty here. Some of us are so "heavenly minded we are no earthly good" and yet some are so "earthly minded we are no heavenly good". Let’s keep one eye and ear tuned to heaven and one tuned to earth because maybe today…
